In the spirit of exploration and adventure, we’ve riffled through the Interwebs for a route map to global sightings on World UFO Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about extraterrestrials and UFOs.
This interactive map plots UFO sightings going back as far as 1908. From the looks of it, aliens have preferred visiting places north of the equator, and have allegedly stopped by in India too, in Kolkata, Delhi, and in Himchal Pradhesh. One input says that Russian artist “Nicholas Roerich’s travel diary mentions that they saw a silver flying disk in the Himalayas.
