Much like humans, animals have feelings too. Whether it’s a quiet moment of affection between two giraffes, a lion letting down its guard to yawn, or a zebra tensing up, the many moods of the animal world show that we’re not so different after all. The photos in this essay were submitted for a contest on the theme “Wildlife in Black and White”, held by Photocrowd.com. The challenge was to use monochromatic tones to “accentuate the shape, form, texture and details of wild animals”. Click through.
